20-10-2007 - Drummer Live this year proved to be even more popular than the 2006 show. More drummers, more drums and certainly more noise! This was a show not for the faint hearted.

For those of you who did not make it all the way to London we are pleased to show you some photographs of what beautifully crafted Pearl Products were on display this year.
The Pearl Crew along with our retailing partner for the show “Drumwright Ltd” arrived on site in the early hours of Friday 19th to start setting up of all the lovely products on display. We can imagine all the UK drummers can understand that to set this much product up is going to be a lot of fun, believe us when we say it makes it easier when the products are as good as what we produce. A show like Drummer Live can take our European team an entire day to set up..luckily the packing down is much quicker for them!
The show is open to the public for two day. The main Exhibitors hall is full of Manufactures, distributors and retailers displaying the latest Drum and Percussion products available to our UK drummers. It goes without saying that the deals on offer throughout the weekend were out of this world.
The Performance hall consists of a large stage where all the performing artists play. It is a great place to see and hear some of the Worlds best players up close and personal.
For some visitors this may have been the first time they actually got to see and hear our fantastic new “Vision” series kit.
Hearing these kits is a must to everyone.
Masters Custom MCX 6 ply maple kit.
The kit featured is finished in Chestnut fade. The sizes are 24x18 kick, 13x9 tom, 16x16 floor tom, and 14x6.5 snare. This particular kit is a one of kind, it was originally displayed at the Frankfurt Messe show.
Masters Premium MMP 4 ply maple kit. The kit featured is finished in a limited edition colour called “Canary yellow sparkle” we also have the special addition of Black Chrome hardware for extra affect.The sizes are 22x18 kick, 8x7 tom, 10x8 tom, 12x8 tom, 14x12 floor tom, 16x14 floor tom with a 14x6.5 Aluminium sensitone snare.All black chrome hardware is available by special order through your UK dealer
Reference kit.The kit featured here is a regular Reference series set finished in Purple Craze.The sizes are 22x18 kick, 10x8 tom, 12x9 tom, 14x14 floor tom, 16x16 floor tom and a 14x6.5 20ply Reference snare.This particular series attracted a lot of attention due to the nature of its unique shell construction.
Masterworks kit.The kit featured is a limited edition model finished in Scarlet Natural burst on a Tamo outer ply. The shells are constructed to the same specification as Reference series drums. This is a very limited edition kit with only a few sets available.The sizes are 22x20 kick drums, 10x7 tom, 12x7 tom, 14x12 floor tom, 16x14 floor tom with a 14x6 and 13x7 20ply snare drums.
This kit is actually available to purchase in a slightly smaller set up 22x20, 10x7, 12x7, 14x12 and 16x14 with three snare drum options to choose from..14x5.5, 14x6 and 13x7.
This finish is simply breath taking up close.....
